1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using services provided by Edner Technologies FZCO ("Company", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

3. License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our software products for personal use only. This license is subject to the following restrictions:

• You may not redistribute, resell, or share your license key
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
• You may not modify or create derivative works from our software
• You may not use our software for commercial purposes without authorization

4. Payment and Fees

All fees are displayed in GBP (British Pounds) and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Payment is required at the time of purchase.

• All sales are final
• Fees are non-refundable unless there is a technical issue on our end
• License keys are delivered instantly via email after successful payment
• Unclaimed keys must be reported within 7 days of purchase

5. HWID Policy

Your license key is bound to your hardware identification (HWID). You are entitled to one (1) HWID reset per day. To request a reset, please open a support ticket on our Discord server.

6. Downtime and Updates

We may experience downtime due to software updates, maintenance, or external factors. Any downtime will be automatically compensated by extending your license duration accordingly. We are not liable for temporary service interruptions.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Share, sell, or transfer your license to others
• Use our services in a manner that could damage our reputation

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your license will be revoked and you must cease all use of our software.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Edner Technologies FZCO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Edner Technologies FZCO and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
